About Leonie

I’m Leonie Day, a registered nurse with 19 years of emergency nursing experience. I began my career in the UK before making Australia my home. I have worked in fast-paced emergency departments, caring for people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. My background has given me a deep respect for safety, precision and compassion, and those values shape every consultation I provide today.

I created Fleurieu Aesthetics to offer a calm, supportive environment where people feel listened to, never rushed, and where care is tailored to the individual. My philosophy is simple: natural-looking results that enhance what you already love about yourself. Every face tells a story, and my role is to preserve yours with care.

  • Every client has a personalised consultation where we will walk through your goals, assess your needs, and recommend options that suit your face, your skin and your comfort level. No two clients are the same. That’s why we never take a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • My approach is safety first, always. Every treatment starts with a thorough consultation, medical history check, and clear discussion about your goals. Only TGA-approved products. Sterile technique and evidence-based dosing.  And then aftercare is not an afterthought.  

  • Every Consultations beings with a  conversation about your goals, your medical history, and any questions you may have.  I will take time to understand what you are hoping to achieve, assess your individual needs, and discuss suitable options in a  relaxed, pressure-free environment. 

    If prescription-only treatment is considered, Australian regulations require an independent assessment, by an independent  prescribriber.  

  • Downtime varies depending on the treatment and the individual. Temporary redness, swelling or bruising may occur following some treatments. We will discuss what to expect, including any recommended activity restrictions and aftercare, as part of your consultation and treatment plan.

  • You’ll leave with clear written and verbal aftercare instructions, what’s normal, what’s not, and how to reach me if you have any questions or concerns.

    Where appropriate, I’ll arrange a follow-up appointment, often around two weeks after your treatment, to review your progress and address any questions or concerns. If anything feels unusual before then, or anytime afterwards, please don’t hesitate to get in touch; I’m here to support you through your treatment journey.

  • Initial consultations are $50 and include a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, facial anatomy and treatment goals. If you go ahead with treatment, that fee is deducted from your treatment cost. Because every face is unique, treatment recommendations and pricing are tailored to you. I’ll discuss all costs during your consultation so you’ll know exactly what to expect before making any decisions.
